About
Bristol
«Bristol» is a canteen on Revolution Avenue, opened in a historic building where the Soviet «Central Canteen» once operated. The name was chosen in honor of the Art Nouveau-style hotel of the same name that stood on this site in the 20th century.
The canteen format here is classic: affordable prices, home-style food and large portions. The menu includes home-style pink salmon, chicken cutlets, chicken with pineapple, stuffed chicken leg with adjika, meatballs, chicken and celery salad, and rice with vegetables. The venue's cuisine combines European and Russian dishes.
At the same time, the interior of «Bristol» stands out against ordinary canteens. Beige-and-coffee tones, modern furniture, wooden elements and panoramic windows create a space that resembles a restaurant more than a canteen. You can stop by for a weekday lunch or bring guests of the city here — the interior deserves it.
Its location at 43 Revolution Avenue makes «Bristol» a convenient spot for lunch in the center of Voronezh, and the combination of simple, hearty food with thoughtful design sets the canteen apart from most venues of this format.
