This Personal Data Processing and Privacy Policy (the "Policy") sets out the procedure for processing and protecting the personal data of users of the allcafe.ru website (the "Website") and has been developed in accordance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (the "152-FZ"), Federal Law No. 149-FZ dated 27.07.2006 "On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection", and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.

6.1. Personal data is processed and stored until the purposes of processing have been achieved, or until the personal data subject withdraws their consent, unless a different period is established by federal law or by agreement.
6.2. Once the purposes of processing have been achieved, or in the event that consent is withdrawn, personal data is destroyed or anonymized within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days, except in cases where continued processing is required by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

In accordance with part 5, Article 18 of 152-FZ, the recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating and retrieval of the personal data of citizens of the Russian Federation are carried out using databases located within the territory of the Russian Federation. Personal data is stored on servers located within the territory of the Russian Federation.
7.2. No cross-border transfer of personal data is carried out.
8.1. The Website uses the Yandex.Metrica web analytics system (YANDEX LLC, Russian Federation). This service processes anonymized visit data: pages viewed, session duration, referral source, technical information about the device and browser, and cookie identifiers. This data is used exclusively for traffic statistics and to improve the operation of the Website, and does not allow identification of a specific User.
8.2. The terms of data processing by the Yandex.Metrica service are available at: yandex.ru/legal/metrica_termsofuse. A list of the cookies used is provided in the Cookie Policy.
9.1. In accordance with 152-FZ, the User has the right to: receive information relating to the processing of their personal data; request that their personal data be updated, blocked or destroyed if the data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, unlawfully obtained or is not necessary for the stated purpose of processing; and appeal against the actions or omissions of the Operator to the Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) or in court.
9.2. The User has the right to withdraw their consent to the processing of personal data at any time, and to exercise the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten"), by sending a request to info@allcafe.ru with the subject line "152-FZ Request." The request must include information enabling the request to be matched to the data being processed (e-mail address, name or nickname), and a description of the request.
9.3. The Operator reviews the request and provides a response within 10 (ten) business days of receipt; this period may be extended by no more than 5 (five) business days, with notice to the applicant. Upon receiving a withdrawal of consent, the Operator ceases processing and destroys the personal data within a period not exceeding 30 (thirty) days, unless otherwise provided by law.

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unlawful or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying and dissemination, including: secure connections (SSL/TLS), access rights segregation, and regular software updates.
11.1. The Operator has the right to amend this Policy. The current version is published at allcafe.ru/privacy/ with the revision date indicated. Continued use of the Website after amendments take effect constitutes the User's agreement with the new version.
