«Perfetto Caffe» on Revolution Avenue, 39 in Voronezh began its history with two small mobile coffee vans — coffee was brewed right on the street, in the cars. Today it's a full-fledged coffee shop in the city center, where the main thing has been preserved — a careful attitude to the quality of espresso. Every cup here is closely watched: about 10 servings a day are judged not good enough and simply aren't served to guests. The menu includes classic Viennese coffee, cocoa, and drinks for those who like to treat themselves with cream and syrup.
