Ryumochnaya «Svoboda» is located on Krivokolenny Lane, near Chistye Prudy, Turgenevskaya and Sretensky Boulevard. The focus here is on house-made infused spirits. They infuse Beluga Noble vodka, Green Baboon gin and Jim Beam whiskey with the most unexpected combinations: gooseberry with mint, lemongrass with vanilla pods, blackcurrant with ylang-ylang, fig leaf with apple and sorrel. At the bar you can try a fir infusion with lingonberry and spices, strawberry with palo santo, a blueberry sorbet infusion with lavender and milk, and for those who like it spicy, there's basil with jalapeño or a tomato infusion with zucchini and pink pepper. The average check at the venue runs from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. On weekdays the ryumochnaya is open from six in the evening until one in the morning, on Fridays and Saturdays from four in the afternoon until four in the morning, and on Sundays it welcomes guests from four in the afternoon until one in the morning.
