«SteakHouse» at 69/1 Lenin Avenue has been open since late 2013, specializing in European and mixed-style meat cuisine. The restaurant was opened by the company "Resta Management," and initially the focus was on marbled beef from Japan and Australia. After sanctions were introduced, new suppliers had to be found — now chilled Hereford beef is brought in from Ural agricultural companies, as well as from Bryansk and Voronezh. The main focus of the menu is on steaks: filet mignon, roast beef, ribeye. Chef Mikhail Arakelov prepares braised veal ribs with vegetables, grilled farm-raised pork ribs, veal cheeks, and rabbit fillet with seasonal vegetables. The current location of the restaurant was once home to the legendary "Ural Pelmeni," a place beloved in Sverdlovsk — in memory of this, «SteakHouse»'s menu still features pelmeni made with three types of meat and fish, as well as bird cherry dumplings. The average check here is 3,000–6,000 rubles, and the restaurant can be reached from the "Dinamo" and "Ploshchad 1905 Goda" metro stations.
