Steak House

«Steak House» in Yekaterinburg has been operating since late 2013 and specializes in meat cuisine. The restaurant is located at Prospekt Lenina, 69, building 1, near the Dinamo and Ploshchad 1905 Goda metro stations. The menu's main focus is on steaks: filet mignon, roast beef, ribeye. The meat for them — chilled Hereford beef — is supplied by a Ural agricultural company, as well as from Bryansk and Voronezh. Chef Mikhail Arakelov also prepares other meat dishes: braised veal ribs with vegetables, farm-raised grilled pork ribs, veal cheeks, and rabbit fillet with seasonal vegetables. The legendary «Uralskie pelmeni» ("Ural Pelmeni") restaurant used to operate on this site, and in its memory, «Steak House» keeps pelmeni made with three types of meat and fish, as well as bird cherry vareniki, on the menu. Besides meat dishes, the restaurant offers a raw menu, American and European cuisine, sandwiches, and custom-order cakes. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 3,000 to 6,000 rubles.
