«Utopist» is tucked away in a courtyard on Kovensky Lane — a place familiar to many locals, yet still a bit hidden. The space is divided into two rooms, decorated cleanly and minimally — without unnecessary details to distract from what matters most. The main focus here is small-batch natural wines, where terroir, minimal intervention in the process, and the character of a particular winemaker are valued. Chef Maxim Androsovich is in charge of the food: besides classic wine snacks, «Utopist» serves breakfasts, dinners, and weekend brunches.
