«Kultura» is a shot bar with kebabs and infused vodkas on Lomonosov Street, near the Gorny Institut metro station. It combines Caucasian and Russian cuisine, with an average check per person of around 1,100 rubles. The interior is put together from items with history: a floor lamp with a fabric shade and tassels, the kind of scales that used to stand in every Soviet shop, a wooden sideboard, a samovar. Each object recalls the past and creates the room's particular mood. The kitchen follows the same concept — Caucasian dishes are cooked here and kebabs are grilled, served alongside house-infused vodkas.
