Duo Asia

«Duo Asia» is located on Rubinstein Street, right above the café «Rubinshteyn» — the entrance is through the front door on the left, and there's no sign outside. Inside, the interior is minimalist in a black-and-gold palette with spot lighting, and an open kitchen works in the center of the room, visible to all guests. Four large windows face Rubinstein Street, so you can watch what's happening both inside and out. The cuisine here is pan-Asian, with no strict adherence to authenticity and complete freedom in combinations. The menu includes marinated eel with bulgur, spring rolls with taleggio cheese, eggplant in hoisin sauce with yogurt, and steamed bao buns with foie gras. There's also ahi poke with salmon and chuka salad, churros with melon and wasabi sauce, tartares, ceviche, and dim sum with shrimp and smoked bacon. The menu also features raw dishes and cocktails.
