«Bushe» on the Griboyedov Canal Embankment, 18-20, is part of a St. Petersburg chain of cafés and bakeries. It serves baked goods and confectionery, with a menu built around original recipes. The location is right in the city center, by the canal, making it a convenient stop on a walk through historic St. Petersburg. «Bushe» is known not only for its baked goods but also for its cultural collaborations: the chain has worked with the Hermitage Museum on series dedicated to different countries and cities — Ethiopia, Kenya, Indonesia, Colombia, China, and St. Petersburg itself.
