Dzhordzhiano

«Dzhordzhiano» is located on Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, right by Gorkovskaya, and brings together Italian and Georgian cuisine at one table. Here, khachapuri and khinkali sit alongside pasta and tiramisu, and the menu is built on the contrasts and common ground between the two culinary traditions. From the Georgian dishes, it's worth trying the thick kharcho with beef and bulgur, satsivi, and chikhirtma. The Italian part of the menu is no less substantial: roast beef rolls "Vitello Tonnato," carpaccio, baked vegetables with ricotta mousse, and pepperoni pide pizza. Pasta is a separate matter at «Dzhordzhiano» — the menu features about ten varieties. Besides the classic carbonara, they make "Aglio e Olio" with celery, onion, and garlic in a white wine sauce, as well as pasta with wood mushrooms and truffle oil.
