Wine Religion

«Wine Religion» on Michurinsky Prospekt combines a wine boutique and a gastrobar with European cuisine. The interior is done in a concise European style: comfortable simple furniture, clean lines, and large windows letting in plenty of light. Beige and grey tones are enlivened with bright orange accents, and the walls function as a real art gallery — any piece you like can be bought, so the display is constantly refreshed. The kitchen is headed by Timur Abuzyarov, known for the restaurants «Rulet» and Grand Cru. His menu features original variations on Russian, European, and Asian cuisine: flounder with chanterelles, broccoli, and yogurt sauce; strawberry salad with parmesan and pickled cucumbers; corn soup with Kamchatka crab and fennel. Special attention should be paid to the section of wine snacks, which Timur developed together with the project's head sommelier, Ksenia Karpenko. The wine list is a point of pride here: more than 400 items, 25 of which are served by the glass. This by-the-glass list is updated every three months, so guests always have something new to try. The average check at «Wine Religion» is 2,200 ₽.
