Veriko

«Veriko» is a Georgian restaurant on 2nd Brestskaya Street, opened by director and restaurateur Tornike Khukhua. The name and entire concept of the venue are dedicated to Veriko Anjaparidze, an actress who became a cultural symbol of Georgia. The interior was designed by the studio «Krivtsova i Redina». The space turned out elegant and thought through to the smallest detail, while avoiding straightforward ethnic stylization — the image of Georgia is conveyed through associations rather than clichés. The menu features Caucasian and Georgian cuisine in both classic and signature interpretations. Here they prepare khachapuri and khinkali, as well as dishes that go beyond the usual Georgian restaurant repertoire, offering a more contemporary take on regional gastronomy.
