Osso

«Osso» is an Italian restaurant on Bolshaya Gruzinskaya Street, opened by the Lucky Group team. The cuisine here is built around the gastronomy of northern Italy, and above all — Emilia-Romagna, the region that gave the world Parma ham, Parmesan cheese, and Bolognese sauce. The menu features house-made pasta, pizza, oysters, and desserts, with a concept resting on simple yet precise combinations characteristic of Italian culinary tradition. The interior was designed by NB-Studio under the direction of Natalia Belonogova. It is based on the restrained aesthetics of the 1960s, softened with warm details: mustard-colored walls create a calm backdrop, white tablecloths on the tables evoke the classics of Italian dining, and abstract paintings add a contemporary accent to the space. This combination of concise design and thoughtful cuisine makes «Osso» a place where Italian gastronomy reveals itself through details — from the texture of the pasta to the choice of color on the walls.
