Ullu

«Ullu» brings together the cuisines of several Caucasian peoples under one roof: Dagestani, Ossetian, Georgian, as well as Turkish and Middle Eastern dishes. The restaurant is located in the «Lyubimyy» shopping center on Michurinsky Prospekt, near Lomonosovsky Prospekt, Ramenki, and Michurinsky Prospekt metro stations — easy to reach from different parts of the district. The interior is built on a contrast between tradition and modernity: ethnic motifs come through in a light pastel palette, natural materials, and live trees in the dining room. A special place is given to the open kitchen with a wood-fired oven — guests can see hot dishes and bread being cooked over live fire. The menu features dishes shaped over centuries in different corners of the Caucasus and Turkey, along with a separate wine list for those who like to pair drinks with a specific dish. In summer, a seasonal menu is added. The average check at «Ullu» is about 3,000 ₽ per person.
