Tsirk

«Tsirk» is a gastrobistro on Tsvetnoy Boulevard, opened by Alexander Kostin, the creator of the wine bar «13°». The kitchen is run by chef Denis Demyanov, who combines original dishes with European and Scandinavian influences on the menu. The wine list here is set up in an unconventional way: instead of a standard list, guests are offered a wine library. All 200 wine labels are placed on shelves and at the bar, and anyone can choose a bottle by examining it in person.
