Tinta

«Tinta» is a family Italian restaurant on Novodmitrovskaya Street, on the ground floor of a modern residential complex. The place is meant for neighborhood residents and for guests looking for a quiet spot away from busy streets. The design is by studio Nowadays: six-meter ceilings, custom-designed furniture and decorative light fixtures set the tone for the whole space. The kitchen is run by chef Mirlan Aleshov, a student of the Italian chef Andrea Galli. The menu includes bruschetta and a selection of cheeses as starters, about 15 varieties of wood-fired pizza, risotto, traditional meat lasagna, and house-made pasta from durum wheat flour. On weekdays from 12:00 to 15:45, guests can put together their own combo by choosing one item from each menu category. The bar menu features European wines by the glass, signature cocktails, coffee mixes, lemonades, and milkshakes. «Tinta» is open daily from 8:00 to 23:00, with delivery and table booking available.
