Simach

«Simach» is a restobar on Tverskoy Boulevard, combined with the «Nedalniy Vostok» restaurant. The project was created by fashion designer Denis Simachev and restaurateur Arkady Novikov. The menu was put together by chef Andrey Kaplunov, with an emphasis on classic Asian combinations: here they prepare sushi and rolls, poke and bowls, spring rolls, as well as fish and seafood dishes. Until 11 p.m. the venue operates as a restaurant, and then turns into a party space — dancing to DJ sets begins. The interior of «Simach» is built on eclecticism: patterned carpets sit alongside a replica of the Venus statue painted with graffiti tags, while potted palms are placed among mismatched tables and chairs. This combination creates a space where classic Asian dishes are served in an unexpected artistic setting. Its location at Tverskoy Boulevard, 13 makes «Simach» a convenient spot both for lunch and for an evening of relaxation with dancing.
