Under the Mustache

«Under the Mustache» is a Soviet-style shot bar located at Usachyov Market, at 26 Usachyova Street, on the minus first floor. You can get here through a separate entrance from Malaya Pirogovskaya Street. The interior is arranged like a 1960s–70s apartment, whose owner clearly had a sense of humor — plus a mustache and a fur hat. The room is filled with warm light, vintage details, old books and records are everywhere — all of this creates the feeling that you've dropped in to visit that very ironic Soviet man. Guests with mustaches are given special respect here — it's part of the venue's concept. The menu features Russian and Soviet cuisine, as well as infused vodkas that logically complement the chosen style of the place. Here you can both have a bite of dishes familiar since childhood and try various infusions, appreciating the atmosphere of a Soviet apartment right on the grounds of Usachyov Market.
