About

Londri

«Londri» opened on Dmitrovsky Lane, in a 19th-century building at the intersection with Petrovka Street. The name translates from Maltese as "laundry" — and that's no coincidence. The building used to house an express clothes-ironing service, and the Sundukov sisters played on this history in the interior: "crumpled" columns and tableware, lamps resembling drying laundry, a marble tablecloth on the open kitchen counter. At the stove here is chef Alexander Shtepa, who previously worked at Pinch, «Ugolek», and «KM20». His dishes carry the signature minimalism of Lucky Group, with no unnecessary details. Sea bass ceviche is served with a vibrant gooseberry sauce, the green salad is made from crisp fresh vegetables, and duck leg confit is placed on a blueberry-raspberry sauce. Lamb shoulder is slow-cooked in the oven with juniper berries and aromatic herbs until perfectly tender. The same oven is used to bake focaccia and thin-crust pizza, including one with truffle. The average check at the restaurant is 3,000 to 6,000 rubles. It's easy to get there from Lubyanka, Okhotny Ryad, Teatralnaya, Ploshchad Revolyutsii, or Kuznetsky Most metro stations.
