Le Carre

At the same time, the chef isn't afraid to work with Russian produce using French techniques — Black Sea mullet is served with ratatouille, and tournedos of Bryansk beef come with a gratin. The pâtisserie side deserves special mention. Croissants, brioches, and tarts are baked here as in a real Parisian bakery and served fresh at the table. The wine and bar lists are also built around France, so pairing a drink with a dish is easy. The interior of «Le Carre» is done in pastel tones, understated and stylish. The floors and tables are made of light wood, while the soft chairs and sofas create a sense of calm and spaciousness.
