Kaifuso

«Kaifuso» has opened at Kuznetsky Most, 6/3, just steps from Lubyanka and Kuznetsky Most metro stations. The restaurant-bar is part of Arkady Novikov's project and occupies a two-level space on the first basement floor of Brasserie Kuznetsky Most. The menu combines Asian cuisine with a cocktail list, and live music plays here in the evenings. The interior was created by St. Petersburg designer Evgenia Uzhegova, drawing inspiration from the atmosphere of a refined Shanghai club. The walls and ceilings are decorated with hand-painted murals that give the space a striking Eastern character. The average check at «Kaifuso» is 12,000 rubles, in line with a restaurant format built around chef-driven Asian dishes and an extensive bar program.
