DANTE Kitchen + Bar

«DANTE Kitchen + Bar» occupies two floors of the "Sokol" apartment building on Kuznetsky Most. The windows here open wide, and in summer it feels like a terrace right above the busy street. Despite the Italian name, the kitchen's cuisine is original, with European and Italian touches, but without pretension or trendy Moscow experiments. At the stove is chef Ignat Kulikov, who studied and worked for ten years in restaurants in New Zealand. That background shows in his approach to dishes: no unnecessary complexity, just clear flavor and honest ingredients. The place was opened by Alexander Efremov, who previously managed the bar Saxon + Parole, and Alexey Filatov. The bar menu was also made with quality in mind: the bartending team moved here from Saxon + Parole, and the cocktail menu was created by Oksana Zhidkova, after whom one of the shrubs at that same S+P is named. The average check at «DANTE Kitchen + Bar» ranges from 1000 to 3000 rubles, and it's easy to get here from the Lubyanka, Okhotny Ryad, Teatralnaya, Ploshchad Revolyutsii, and Kuznetsky Most metro stations.
