«Kabinet 3.14» is a cocktail bar at Trubnaya, 32, near Sukharevskaya, Tsvetnoy Bulvar, and Trubnaya metro stations. It operates in the evenings and at night: Wednesday, Thursday, and Sunday from 8:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Friday and Saturday from 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The cocktail menu here is built around the elements, from light to strong. "Air" opens the evening with weightless drinks featuring airy spheres. "Water" brings sweet-and-sour formulas with berries, flowers, and citrus. "Earth" adds strength — a sweet dominant with spices and herbs. "Fire" closes the menu with strong, dry, and bitter cocktails. Guests are invited to open all four menus and switch between elements throughout the evening. Food served alongside the drinks includes roast beef vitello tonnato with pickled cucumbers and fried onions, scallop with chipotle aioli and peat whisky, a cucumber basket with smoked halibut and pike roe, duck breast smoked with Earl Grey tea, cheese croquettes with grapes and cheddar, and tiger shrimp with stracciatella and mango. The bar has a dress code — business, evening, or elegant attire. Time at the venue is limited to two hours. A 10% service charge is applied to the bill as a thank-you to the bartender, which can be adjusted or removed upon request.
