Bistro Trompette

«Bistro Trompette» on Trubnaya, 26 is a French bistro from Mandy's Group. The place is inspired by the south of France, the markets of Marseille and the spirit of a lively urban feast. The interior was handled by the London studio Atelier Minka under the direction of Alina Voronova — the design is built on a combination of Parisian classics and southern color. The menu features French cuisine in all its forms: pasta, fish and seafood, steaks, desserts. Here they prepare dishes that can be found both in a Parisian bistro and on a market stall in Marseille. The cuisine is complemented by a cocktail list and a wine list — there's plenty to choose from to pair a drink with a specific dish, or simply to spend an evening over a glass of wine. «Bistro Trompette» is suited for those who want to try French cuisine without pretension — with an emphasis on taste and real ingredients rather than formalities.
