Est Khinkali & Pit Vino

«Est Khinkali & Pit Vino» on Malaya Bronnaya is part of the LL Group restaurant holding, founded by Lika Lewin and Arda Tuzhba. The restaurant specializes in Georgian and Caucasian cuisine, and its signature feature is an open kitchen where khinkali from different regions of Georgia are made by hand in front of guests. The project's history began in 2015, when a khinkali restaurant opened near Patriarch Ponds and quickly won popularity among locals. The format proved so successful that it grew into a whole chain: today, «Est Khinkali & Pit Vino» restaurants also operate on Pyatnitskaya, Ostozhenka, Povarskaya, and Orlikov Lane. The restaurant on Malaya Bronnaya is one of this chain's locations, maintaining an authentic approach to Georgian recipes. The restaurant is part of the LL Group holding alongside other projects featuring Caucasian and other cuisines — ShOTA and Laffa Laffa. Guests of the restaurant can book a table and take part in the holding's bonus program.
