Chelovek i parokhod

«Chelovek i parokhod» is a coffee counter at Danilovsky Market near Tulskaya metro station. It was opened by Nikolay Chistyakov of Camera Obscura and Alexander Zalessky, co-owner of The Burger Brothers. Here, coffee is not just a drink but the result of an entire chain of decisions: the beans are brought from Ethiopia, roasted on site, and prepared on a Simonelli coffee machine that looks like it stepped off the screen of "The Martian." The menu includes espresso-based drinks and filter coffee, as well as signature cocoa of varying thickness, with a lactose-free option available. For tea lovers, tea is brewed here and tea cocktails are made using products from "Chaynaya vysota" ("Tea Heights"), partners who know the tea business on a professional level.
