Atelier de Tartelettes

«Atelier de Tartelettes» is a French pâtisserie near Patriarch's Ponds, on Spiridonyevsky Lane. The place specializes in made-to-order cakes and is part of the gt. restaurant group, founded in 2015 by Galaktion and Elina Tabidze. Today the group includes more than 20 gastronomic projects in Moscow and Tbilisi, among them the restaurant LILA, the pâtisserie LILA Pastry, the Georgian restaurant Vani, awarded a Bib Gourmand by the MICHELIN Guide, the cocktail bar Insider, and the bakery Valiko. The pâtisserie is easy to reach from Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, or Chekhovskaya metro stations. Here cakes are made following French pastry-making traditions, combining classic recipes with modern preparation techniques.
