Grand Cru

«Grand Cru» is a wine restaurant serving signature and European cuisine on Malaya Bronnaya, near Mayakovskaya, Tverskaya, Pushkinskaya, and Chekhovskaya metro stations. The average check starts at 6,000 rubles, which sets the tone for the whole place — the focus here is on high-level gastronomy and attention to detail. The kitchen is headed by David Emmerle, and the menu is built around seasonal produce and technical presentation. In the Pépite gourmet menu, guests will find dishes with complex layers of flavor: a trilogy of artichokes and green asparagus with egg in two textures, pike roe, and crisp asparagus; artichoke ravioli with a creamy spinach sauce; and stuffed morels with mushroom duxelles, parsnip purée, and black truffle sauce. The dessert menu offers a floating island with mascarpone and Madagascar vanilla. The interior was designed by architect Alina Kashirina — the renovated space now welcomes guests after reconstruction. The restaurant also focuses on pairing food with art, alongside a wine list featuring wines by the glass and a bar menu for those who appreciate spirits.
