Pigeon

The bakery-patisserie «Pigeon» on Absalyamov Street in Kazan is the third project from Artur Khairullin, following his stall in Agropromparkand a coffee shop on Kaibitskaya Street. Here he has brought to life the idea of a Parisian-style bakery: a place where you can drop in like a neighbor for fresh bread while also having a coffee with dessert. The range includes baguettes and bread with Provençal herbs, and the pastry display changes in composition but always stays varied. Regular items include the blackcurrant-vanilla pastry, "Dragon's Nest," "Malevich," fraisier, and the classic "potato" cake. The lineup is rounded out with macarons, marshmallows, and salted caramel desserts. «Pigeon» specializes in custom cakes — you can choose an option for any celebration, based on the flavors that guests of the bakery have already come to love.
