Cheeseria

`Cheeseria` on Agrarnaya Street is the chain's second restaurant, located on the first floor of the «Vostochny» mall on the way out of Kazan toward the Mamadyshsky Trakt. It houses a large cheese dairy focused on semi-hard and hard cheeses—montasio, manchiova, and caciotta—alongside a shop selling both in-house and partner products: olive oil, canned olives, artichokes, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, canned meat, pasta, sausages and cheeses, mulberry, walnut, and apricot preserves, ghee, cured duck, and duck sausage. The terrace serves dishes from the delivery menu—bruschetta, eggplant salad, burrata, brisket, pizza, pasta, meringue roll, and cannoli. Brand chef Gino Bonaventura and concept chef Giovanni Baiamonte created new dishes for Cheeseria's two terraces: pumpkin cream soup with squid, a "healthy" burger, and several types of pizza—with house-made pastrami, with salmon and oranges, and with maranello ham and marinara. A separate display case is dedicated to homemade ice cream and gelato. Once the restaurant is running at full capacity, the menu on Agrarnaya will match that of the first Cheeseria on Bauman Street. The average check at the restaurant ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles.
