CALI-POKE

«CALI-POKE» was born in California, gained experience in Hawaii, and after four successful restaurants in the US, opened in Dubai. The place is located in Dubai Hills Estate, on the grounds of Dubai Hills Business Park. The chefs brought with them a Californian love of simple, fresh food, and based on it created a signature dish — the poke taco. The menu features classic bowls on white or brown rice. The «True Californian» is made with fresh salmon and diced avocado with the signature Cali-dressing, served with nori. The «True Hawaiian» is tuna with crushed nori, shiso, and diced avocado. For fans of raw fish there's the «Sushi Lovers» — salmon, tuna, and ebi shrimp on a bed of lettuce with ginger dressing, a dish that has won awards three times. With any bowl, they recommend the signature CALI coconut drink. A separate category is the acai bowls. The «Banana Split Acai» combines organic acai with banana and peanut butter, berries, and chia seeds. The «Very Berry Acai Bowl» is acai with banana, berries, and crunchy granola. And the «Bumble Bee Bowl» mixes acai with banana and dark chocolate, adding mango, blueberries, and almond flakes.
