Vietnamese Foodies

«Vietnamese Foodies» is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant in Dubai, located on a pedestrian walkway by an artificial pond. The concept was created by co-founder and chef Lily Hoa Nguyen, drawing on the atmosphere of Saigon and the culinary diversity of Ho Chi Minh City. The first location opened in JLT in January 2018, and today the chain has nine locations across the city. The menu features classic Vietnamese street food: pho, banh mi, and goi cuon (rice paper rolls). The pho broth is simmered for 14 hours to achieve a deep, rich flavor. Many dishes are cooked in water or broth instead of oil, making the cuisine lighter than classic frying. The menu includes options for paleo, vegan, and keto diets, as well as dairy-free and gluten-free dishes. Here, fresh ingredients and classic cooking techniques are valued, ensuring that every dish conveys the taste and texture of authentic Vietnamese cuisine.
