Skazka. Eda i vino

«Skazka. Eda i vino» is located at 27 Svobody Street, next to the Youth Theater (TYuZ). The restaurant inherited its name from the Soviet-era «Skazka» cafeteria, which was well known and loved by the residents of Yaroslavl. The addition "Eda i Vino" ("Food and Wine") was included so that people passing by wouldn't confuse the place with a children's theater café. That said, young guests haven't been forgotten either — there's a separate play area for them. The restaurant's cuisine is built on a creative reinterpretation of traditional Russian and European dishes using local ingredients. The menu includes tartare with radish, catfish shashlik, and Rybinsk zander. Particularly notable is the pâté with reduced feijoa and pistachio — a dish that has become the restaurant's signature. Cakes for any occasion can also be ordered here. The average check at the restaurant is 2,000–3,000 rubles. The place works well for a family lunch as well as an evening over a glass of wine.
