Dezhavyu

«Dejavu» is a wine restaurant in the very center of Yaroslavl, at 52/39 Svobody Street. It serves European and Russian cuisine, with wine culture at the core of the concept: guests can talk directly with winemakers who come here from all over the world and take part in tasting evenings with the restaurant's sommelier. The average check is 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. The kitchen is headed by chef Mikhail Osharin, who has 30 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked at such places as "Arena 2000," "Sobranie," "Sobinov," and the SK Royal restaurant complex. In 2017 he recreated the recipe for an old Yaroslavl specialty — yarushki, hand-molded fish dumplings — which have since made their way onto the menus of several restaurants in the city. At «Dejavu», the chef continues to explore combinations of wine and food, drawing on the traditions of French cuisine. The menu includes main courses, breakfasts, a children's menu, and bar and wine lists. The restaurant has a dining hall, a wine library, and a summer terrace. It also hosts banquets and weddings, and for wine lovers it organizes a tasting game called "Wine Casino."
