Birukka

«Birukka» is located in Yaroslavl at 3 Volkov Square, on the fourth floor. The name comes from Sanskrit and means "bear" — a reference to the city's main animal symbol. The restaurant is set on the roof and offers a view of the Volkov Theatre and Yaroslavl's historic center. The cuisine here is built on European traditions, with pasta on the menu and a separate cocktail list. The signature dishes at «Birukka» were developed by chef Andrey Zhdanov. The average check ranges from 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. In summer, guests are welcomed by a spacious rooftop terrace. In winter, the same space turns into a winter garden decorated in a ski-resort style.
