The Atelier

«The Atelier» is a panoramic restaurant on the high bank of the Volga in Volgograd, at 3 Balakhninskaya Street. Here, modern Russian cuisine is prepared under the direction of brand chef Mikhail Shchetinin from Moscow, who reinterprets world gastronomic hits in his own signature style. The restaurant operates on Slow Food principles: produce is grown on its own organic farm, in the garden and vegetable patch on site, so what ends up on the table is grown nearby. Throughout the year, «The Atelier» hosts guest chefs from around the world, and the menu is updated seasonally. It is the only restaurant in the city where certified sommeliers pair not only wine but also cheese and oysters. In summer, a terrace opens with a view of the Volga — you can dine outdoors while watching the sunset over the river. The average check is 3,000–4,000 ₽.
