Vysota

The «Vysota» restaurant on Aksakovskaya Street sits at an elevation of 207 meters above sea level, making it the highest restaurant in the Russian Far East. From here, Vladivostok's panorama unfolds in full, and an online tour on the website lets you view the interior before your visit. The restaurant's cuisine combines European, Italian, and Russian traditions with mixed presentation formats. The menu was created by Kirill Filimonov, a chef with experience at the Moscow restaurants Nostalgie, Le Duc, Tretyakov Lounge, San Michel, and White Square, where he worked alongside visiting French chefs. The menu includes Niçoise salad with tuna, ptitim with pink salmon, salmon gravlax with cheese cream and green oil, tagliatelle carbonara, baked Kamchatka crab in kimchi sauce with chuka salad, and honey cake with caramel sauce. A particular point of pride is the Far Eastern seafood platter "Vysota" and the freshest seafood straight from the tanks: crabs, oysters, scallops, mussels, sea urchins, and live sea cucumbers. The restaurant offers romantic evenings with candles and rose petals on the table at no extra charge, as well as banquets, receptions, and off-site events — catering, picnics, and corporate functions. For guests with children, there is a children's room with toys. The average check at «Vysota» is 3,300 rubles.
