Crust

«Crust» is a café at 12 Pogranichnaya Street in Vladivostok, where wood-fired Neapolitan pizza is made. The space is designed in the style of an Italian bistro: high tables for quick meals, shelves with pasta that can be bought to take away, and an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven — here you can see the whole pizza-making process, from kneading the dough to baking. The menu was created based on the recipes of brand chef Marco Alarcon from Sicily, so the dishes turned out authentic and close to the original Italian tradition. Besides wood-fired pizza, «Crust» also serves burgers and other Italian dishes. For those in a hurry, coffee to go is offered here — you can grab a cup and continue on your way without lingering at the table. The open kitchen with the wood-fired oven has become the central element of the interior: guests can watch as the baker shapes the pizza and sends it into the oven right before their eyes. This format suits both a quick bite on the go and a more leisurely meal with pasta and drinks.
