«DALI» on Lenina Street in Ulyanovsk is a sandwich & coffee bar. It's the team's first project, and they prepared for a long time before opening: they traveled to other cities, learned from baristas at well-known coffee shops, and chose a coffee roaster and a tea supplier. It took a while to find partners, but the partnerships are still going strong today. The menu features a wide selection of coffee and tea, desserts, freshly squeezed juices, and sandwiches. Waffles were recently added to the lineup — the idea came from a trip to Brussels, and the team decided to bring it to their coffee shop in Ulyanovsk. Address: Lenina St., 91.
