Myaso Myaso

«Myaso-myaso» occupies two floors in the merchant Sakharov's house on Kommunisticheskaya Street. The interior is built from dark wood, leather sofas, and retro photographs — the setting is kept in a masculine style. In the center of the hall is an open kitchen: guests can watch the cooks grilling steaks. The menu features 15 types of steak — from classic ribeye and filet mignon to alternative cuts: picanha, top blade, flank steak. The meat is supplied by the company "Miratorg," of Russian production. Waiters bring boxes of raw meat to the table so guests can choose the cut they want themselves. A particular point of pride for the kitchen is its signature burgers, developed specifically for the restaurant. The bar menu is built around beer and spirits. Some of the whiskies are available only here — you won't find them anywhere else in the city. Bartenders help guests navigate the drink selection and suggest which beer pairs best with a given dish. Televisions showing sports channels are mounted on the walls.
