Here they cook spicy tom yum — broth-based, with sous-vide chicken or seafood, serve pho ga with chicken and pho bo with beef, as well as tom yum ramen with duck fillet and ramen with sous-vide beef and enoki mushrooms. Among the new items is Malaysian laksa soup with seafood.
