«Maximilians» in Tyumen is a Bavarian club-restaurant and brewery located on the ground floor of the building at 8B 50 Let Oktyabrya Street. The menu features European, German, and Russian cuisine, with an average check of 1,000 to 3,000 rubles. Signature dishes include pork knuckle, German sausages, and side dishes made from sauerkraut and potatoes in various forms. Each sausage can be paired with a side of your choice: stewed cabbage, mashed potatoes, rosemary potatoes, french fries, or potatoes with garlic and cabbage salad. For groups of friends, the restaurant offers sharing sets of meat appetizers, sausages, fish, vegetables, and baked goods. The restaurant's signature feature is its own house-brewed craft beer, made according to the German Beer Purity Law of 1516, using only water, malt, hops, and yeast.
