Vilka

«Vilka» is located in the creative space «Fligel» on Vosstaniya Street, 24, and combines a hookah bar with European-format cuisine. They make homemade pasta here, and alongside it the menu features sandwiches, sushi and rolls, wok rice and noodles, grilled meat and fish. This combination is unusual for hookah lounges, but it's exactly what makes «Vilka» an interesting place for those who want not just to smoke a hookah, but to have a full dinner as well. The cocktail list was put together by the Bartenders' Guild of Russia. In it, the classic old fashioned sits alongside signature recipes: Lost Bikini made with rum, blackberry liqueur, and lemon juice, and Aloe Margarita with honey-infused aloe. A separate category is hot cocktails based on pu-erh tea, which feel especially fitting in Saint Petersburg weather. The hookahs here are made using several types of tobacco in the Royal Smoke system, with fruit bowls and various fillers added at the guest's request. Tea is offered alongside the hookah — the selection is impressive, with about 15 varieties for any occasion. The average check at the establishment is 1,200 rubles.
