Tsunami

«Tsunami» on Ligovsky Prospekt works in the Nikkei style, rare for St. Petersburg — at the crossroads of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. The restaurant reopened in a new space and format in April 2025, keeping its main idea: Japanese cooking techniques meet vivid Peruvian ingredients, giving familiar dishes unexpected flavor combinations. The menu is developed by a concept chef, who works on this concept simultaneously for the «Tsunami» restaurants in St. Petersburg and Moscow. The bar menu is built around interactive presentation — cocktails are made with guest involvement in the process, turning ordering a drink into a show of its own. The interior is done in Japanese minimalism, complemented with Peruvian motifs and colors, and on warm days the restaurant has a terrace. The average check at «Tsunami» is about 1700 ₽. The restaurant is easy to reach from the "Ploshchad Vosstaniya" and "Mayakovskaya" metro stations. For those not ready to travel to the restaurant, delivery of Japanese-Peruvian dishes to home or office is available.
