True Crab restoran

«True Crab» on the Petrogradskaya side is built around a single idea — that crab can be eaten every day, in all kinds of ways. The menu features pure crab claws in three sizes — M, L, and XL — as well as claws with sauces in a signature presentation by chef Antony Bogdanov. Crab and seafood share the menu with Italian dishes: burrata with crab, tartares, carpaccio, vitello tonnato, risotto, and tagliatelle with crab. Salads deserve special mention too — there's a whole section dedicated to them, ranging from a light green salad to a hearty version with roast beef. Among the hot dishes, the restaurant offers octopus with smoked purée, but the crab burger is especially worth trying — served on two rice-and-wheat buns with seared stripes, a crispy crust, and tender crab meat. Crab can be added to almost any dish here on request. From 10:00 to 23:00, «True Crab» serves breakfast — porridge, cottage cheese pancakes, croissants, omelets — paired with sparkling wine. The restaurant is located at 30 Ropshinskaya Street, near the Chkalovskaya metro station. The interior is built around wooden elements, with comfortable chairs and a real fireplace.
