«Smoke BBQ» is a two-story American-cuisine meat restaurant in St. Petersburg, near the Vladimirskaya and Dostoevskaya metro stations, at 5 Lodeynopolskaya Street. The kitchen works with a grill, a smoker, and a genuine Dreamteam oven — equipment used to cook meat slowly and properly, with real smoke and character. The space is built around the concept of a large countryside restaurant, with a well-thought-out layout across two floors. The kitchen is led by brand chef Alexey Kanevsky, while the bar program is developed by head bartender Bulat Arslanov, known for the Blackchops project. This combination gives the restaurant a clear focus: meat here is prepared thoughtfully, with attention to every stage — from selecting the product to plating. The average check is 2,000–3,000 ₽, in line with a full meat dinner paired with well-chosen drinks.
