Sladkoezhka

The «Sladkoezhka» patisserie can be found in the "Atmosfera" mall on Komendantskaya Square, next to Komendantsky Prospekt metro station. It makes signature pastries with an emphasis on natural ingredients: fresh berries, butter, dark chocolate, and forest nuts. In the display case you'll find a raisin bun made of puff pastry filled with custard cream and rum-soaked raisins, a cinnamon craffin made from rich yeast dough, and a Choux pastry filled with whipped cream, made from choux dough with crunchy sablé. Cakes get special attention here: a 1.5 kg chocolate-nut berry cake is made to order within three days, decorated with fresh berries and fruit. There is also a lighter version of the same cake with strawberries, a classic Berry Napoleon with a choice of buttercream, custard cream, or whipped cream filling, and a strawberry cheesecake made with young cream cheese and cottage cheese. For the summer season, the patisserie offers a Summer Basket pastry — shortcrust pastry filled with French custard cream made with milk and cottage cheese, forest berries, apple, and fruit jelly. Orders can be placed on the spot at the "Atmosfera" mall, on the first floor.
