Shato Terra

«Shato Terra» is a summer terrace restaurant on Nevsky Prospekt, 84-86, in the courtyard of the Yusupov House, known as the Actor's House named after K. S. Stanislavsky. It's the only terrace right on Nevsky Prospekt, run by the Jäger restopub, and it's open every day from 11:30 to 23:30. The venue seats 100 people, with comfortable tables and chairs as well as a separate area with soft poufs and cushions for those who prefer a more relaxed setting. The menu features seafood, bruschettas, appetizers, and dishes that pair well with wine. The kitchen uses natural products and modern techniques that preserve the beneficial properties of the ingredients. The drinks list focuses mainly on wine, ranging from classic choices to more contemporary discoveries. It's complemented by summer cocktails, a beer list from around the world, and hot and cold non-alcoholic drinks. The restaurant's staff help each guest choose a combination of dishes and drinks suited to their personal preferences. The courtyard's atmosphere is set by a vintage fountain in the center of the terrace, along with flowers, trees, and string lights that turn on in the evening. When it gets cool, heaters are turned on, and staff offer guests blankets. On weekends, concerts by St. Petersburg musicians are held on the grounds of the "Wine Courtyard."
