«Sever-Metropol» at 104 Nevsky Prospekt is part of a St. Petersburg confectionery chain whose history goes back to the early last century. The first shop opened at 44 Nevsky Prospekt, and today the chain's outlets can be found throughout the city — there are already more than fifty of them. The kitchen here follows original recipes, with desserts and pastries as the signature offering the chain has been known for since its founding.
